Art therapy is especially beneficial to explore and process thoughts, feelings, and emotions. The art making experience can help us make sense of things in a way we sometimes can't reach with conversation. My philosophy is process over product - the journey is the destination.

What would a session with therapeutic art be like?
Sessions are a combination of mindfulness-based therapy and art interventions, fully customized to each individual’s needs and preferences. They can include:
Short or long art intervention activities
Art can be gently guided (eg: focusing on emotion, experience, or theme like relationships or identity)
Choice of art mediums
No art experience required!
